Well done to Kaylene from the installation team

I have been a longstanding customer of 123NET. I have no complaints wrt their network - line speed is good and stable. I did experience two issues in my duration as a customer; however, I was very impressed with the service I received from Kaylene from the installation time. I believe in giving credit where its due and such is the case in my experience with Kaylene. She was knowledgeable on the product, didn't make false promises and kept me updated throughout the setup process. It looks like 123NET is working hard on improving their customer service, and it shows.
