Terrible staff and poor service

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I've received from your company, specifically with the support department. Over the past few weeks, I have had three separate visits from your agents, and each time, they have failed to identify and resolve the issues I've been experiencing with my fiber connection.

The service has been a complete waste of my time and money, and I would not recommend 123net to anyone. The treatment I've received from your staff has been unacceptable, particularly from an agent named Sumeshni, who was extremely rude and unhelpful during her visit. Her behavior was unprofessional and unpleasant.

Furthermore, I spoke with the manager, Reshlin, who seemed clueless about the issues I'm facing and offered no satisfactory solution. It's clear that your company is in dire need of new staff, as the current team lacks the necessary skills and knowledge to provide adequate service.

I demand that you take immediate action to address these issues and provide a resolution to my ongoing problems. And furthermore I will be cancelling my subscription. Will also tell all my family and friends about this as well and advise them to cancel.
