Your team has burst a pipe this morning in the vicinity of 9 Yardgreen Place ,Greenbury, Phoenix 4068.
The incident took place around 10.30am 17/09/2025.
I URGENTLY REQUIRE A CASE NUMBER AND ACTION TO BE TAKEN OF THIS INCIDENT THAT OCCURRED DUE TO THE DAMAGES AT MY PREMISES.
ALL PHOTOS AND VIDEOS WILL BE SENT YOU GUYS TO ACTION ON IMMDAITE EFFECT I DO HAVE THE CONTACT NUMBER FOR THE BELOW PEOPLE.

THE BELOW ARE MY DAMAGES TO MY PROPERITY
1 . Kitchen Door – water damaged can not open or close
2. Kitchen building cupboards- water damaged and broken can not open
3. Fridge, Deb Freezer , washing machine tripping the main
4. toilet – door ,tiles, system damaged due to door closed
5. kitchen and lounge tiles
6. Recliner 6 piece lounge set badly damaged due to the mud water log in the lounge
7. lounge cupboard in and out including the items in the cupboard, lamp and prayer place with items damaged
8. curtains and carpets damaged due to mud water log
9. Nebulising machine, printer, dstv box, plug point on wall etc can be discussed upon assessment.
10. sliding door damaged due to water log .
11. All other issues will be discussed upon assessment due to the damages there is still items that are been rectified
12. out side walls are damaged
13. As per ur guys there will be doing a clean up on the 18.09.2025 upon clean we will then be able to see damages on the cemented and back yard paving
