I can outline in this email that the service provided was fantastic. I have no reason to complain at all.

The guys that came out to my address were nothing but friendly and super professional. The router I purchased is fantastic (I work from home) and dose exactly what I need it to.

As for the broadband speed, well in short "mind blowing" to say the least. Ran a speed test and had to call to make sure I was on the right package as I got way more than expected. : )

Long short of it is, I look forward to having a long relationship with this company. I have been online from the days of dial up and 123NET is by far the best.

There billing format is a bit confusing, but the billing team are super helpful.
