Poor and pathetic service from 123net!

Poor and pathetic service from 123net, we’ve changed our fibre from comtel to 123net and we’ve had endless issues with 123net. Upon the installation they broke our entire dstv cabling which they sent someone to fix and broke the cables further! They aren’t willing to take any responsibility of what they’ve done and we’ve had endless speed issues. 123net is quick to offer packages but their service is so pathetic and they lack business ethics! All they’ve done is put us in more cost and even making us buy a new router which does not even work! Useless! Never ever use 123net!!!
