The experience was great from the very first day i walked into to enquire about the service. The receptionist was very warm and cordial and immediately connected me with someone from sales who walked with me to fill in the necessary paperwork. From there, Kaylene was of great assistance in calling and scheduling the cabling and installation and the final connectivity. All the teams that assisted me were very professional and warm. The greatest thing about the service that I received was how timely it was; everything moved on so far, from applying on a Tuesday morning to having a full connection by Friday.
