Internet Crash
We had a strange incident, I unplugged one of our routers to plug an adaptor, and git a message from my Tennant the her internet had crashed. I checked my phone and all to be working. I logged out of my account and logged in again, only to be told I have the wrong password. I checked with my wife and service was working 100%. I logged out of my PC account and logged in again, message was, wrong password. Very strange! I contacted Pavesh from 123net, and received excellent services, but was told that the Technical guys will only be able to assist 07:30 the following day, which they did. They had to reset everything! Took a few hours. Still don't understand why?

The service received by Paves, was 5 STARS, the lower rating given, was based on the fact that the service Technician, did not give my wife an explanation as to what caused the crash, this left us wondering if and when this is going to happen again. I have since received a call from Povesh, clarifying the route cause, so another 5 STARS for following up with us and helping us understand the problem, Well done Povesh!! * * * * *
