great team work

i called in June to pause my internet account, i did not take the name of the person to whom i spoke, and at the end of July i received two invoices for payment. i called in and explained my situation and the matter was escalated, i was further asked to email them to pause the account, within an hour of the conversation, i was contacted to ask to explain my situation, and to my surprise the matter was resolved. No fussing, no arguing, just resolution.

Thank you guys for the understanding in the above, management definetely is key in how this organisation is operated and its shows in the training of its staff
