Fibre Outages 123NET

Installation done very efficiently and the process was very fast. From date of the application to the day install service was excellent, I have been using the services for the last 2 and a half months, the shocking thing is that we have had 4 outages in this short period already and I hope that I have not made the wrong choice in moving from my previous provider .as an ISP there is no support after business hours, It would be great if they could change this as many people rely on these services.
