EMERGENCY REPAIR

My cable was damaged on Thursday afternoon at 5PM. I received a call from a pro active Support Guru Vinny, he assured me that an emergency repair will be done.......... 2 hours later we were up. I received a call from the office support staff Tiara who booked the repulling of the cable for Saturday at 1pm. The team arrived a bit late due to a previous task causing an unforeseen delay. New cable was installed and services resumed, A huge thank you to Shivolan and his team. When I look at the petty complaints on the 123net page, it irks me ........... guys go look at Openserve, Vuma,Afrihost,Vodacom Fibre ............. For a small company, their service is Excellent and I am treated like a customer, NOT A NUMBER !
