Disappointing service

I reached out to 123net almost a month in advance when moving house to make sure I did not have a break in service. After being assured that I would have unbroken service, the line was expired at midnight. The installation team who came out was great, good work, friendly, and the job was done neatly. Tiara was also helpful, but ultimately, I did not get what I needed. Ashlesha was selectively helpful, almost helpful when it suited her. Tanya was awful. Rude and not knowledgeable about processes. The installation team would get a 5, and everyone else a 1 or 2.
