A big thank you to the Support team for all you efforts in getting me up and running after I reported my fibre was down after the recent storm.My issue were handled professionally and I was up and running withing 2 hours of me reporting the fault. My neighbor is with another service provider and 2 days later, their fibre is still down. Thank you 123NET.
