I recently had an issue with my wifi not connecting to the internet, I tried rebooting it and it was not working, so we phoned their customers support and spoke to a lovely lady by the name of Lynell and she had tried to help me find where the fault will be, however we could not. So with the help of a gentleman named Reshlin, they were able to organize a team to sort out the issue within an hour.
