123net is Pathetic

123net

123net decided to upgrade their Fibre lines at our complex. This has been going on for 2 weeks now. I have informed they team to please try and complete all work before 2pm daily as I work from home and I am unable to go on calls. They have a huge generator that they work off that sounds like it's inside my house. They then decide to come on site at 3pm, work right outside my door regardless of me saying that I start work at 2pm. So no respect for people and their jobs. I asked them to stop all work but apparently their Director Angel of 123net told them to just ignore me and continue with the work. Absolutely inconsiderate and no compassion. Then they a have a worker outside who is having a big mouth saying just like how I am working they working to, but you can't come to site at 3pm. It's not like they have not been informed about my work times but they don't care.

Then you get the Team Leader Phindile or Sphindile at the office who also has a huge mouthful and very disrespectful telling me they have other sites to do, 2 weeks out and the job is not complete and then they come to site at 3pm. Angel the director of 123net I will ensure not to continue services with 123net.

As for the other guy Pravesh I call him with this regard and he continues to cut my calls and ignore me. 123net is pathetic I don't recommend their services to anyone especially if they are so disrespectful and I have no empathy towards people.
