123net is horrible

Pathetic service. Took them extremely long to connect the fiber for us . The contract says 10 working days but they took way longer than they. The call center staff are very unprofessional and seem like that do not know what they are talking about. 123net has constant issues with the fiber where it goes down often so if you looking for a reliable network please don't choose them. Most of my family members have chosen different service providers and are extremely happy. My biggest regret was taking a 24 month contract with 123net so if you looking for a good fiber network please don't choose 123 net. I know 123 net will try to make it seem like they want to help after this review lol
