Instead of dealing with their incorrect placement of their modem box that blocks my plug, the company hides behind a company policy that I was present and signed for their installation position. They want to charge me hundreds of Rands to move the box probably 5 cm. Yes I was present but surely I am not the experienced technician here and further you were advised immediately the problem was identified.
