123 NET FAILS

They are absolutely the worst company to have internet with and it's unfortunate that the building I live in cannot get any other Fibre company to change my services.

I have had numerous issues ever since I took up 123net upon moving into a new property and I have had endless countless issues that has not been resolved to date. They advised me to buy a new router and onu that costed me over R1000 and still I have this issue with them. They take no action in rectifying and constantly tell me do speed tests as of that helps in any way. I am absolutely furious. I pay for a 300mb package that's almost R800 per month I am anlm being ********** by not getting the service I was promised. I am constantly getting nat type failures and nowhere close to the speeds I was promised!!!
