Pleased with Myrunway
So far, I've only ever had good experiences with Myrunway. On time deliveries, satisfied with the products that were suitable for me, refunded correctly, and best of all - wonderful customer service. I've dealt with Roxanne a while back and was very pleased to get assistance from her again this time. She is very helpful, kind, and responds swiftly. I would recommend Myrunway 👌🏼.

Myrunaway will always be one of my favourite online shops. They sell beautiful pieces and their delivery doesn't take long. I had a return collection delay I contacted them and one of their agents by the name of Roxanne assisted me and it was sorted without having to go back and forth with them. Great after sales service received from Shameemah regarding my return. Would have liked if the shoe i purchased was fine and i could keep it, but i can't fault their after sales service which was speedy and efficient.

DAYLIGHT ROBERRY!
Ordered a dress and they sent me the wrong dress. Returned the dress but they only refunded a partial amount as per their terms and conditions which I agree with but the fact that they didn't deliver the dress as per the picture, I should then have been refunded in full as it was their fault. Won't order again needless to say.

Would not recommend buying shoes.
I normally buy from Myrunway but my recent order was horrible. I ordered a pair of Puma sneakers and socks. Upon closer inspection, I became concerned about the authenticity of the sneakers. The stitching appeared uneven here and there, the logo looked unusual, and the QR code inside one shoe redirected me to ***, while the QR code in the other shoe did not appear to be a valid QR code. These issues raised serious concerns about whether the shoes were genuine. To make matters worse, I received tights instead of the socks I had ordered. Based on this experience, I would not recommend purchasing shoes from MyRunway. However, I would like to acknowledge that my refund was processed as promised and received on time.

Great servcie
Carla was fantastic explaining the returns and communication and delivery speed was brilliant! would be great to have an exchange function if sizes too big / small streamline but other than that GREAT SERVICE
