DAYLIGHT ROBERRY!
Ordered a dress and they sent me the wrong dress. Returned the dress but they only refunded a partial amount as per their terms and conditions which I agree with but the fact that they didn't deliver the dress as per the picture, I should then have been refunded in full as it was their fault. Won't order again needless to say.

14 Oct 2026, 16:16I would like to share an update, I was contacted by a runway consultant who apologised for not being refunded in full and subsequently processed an order for the delivery fee and also loaded a R100 voucher on my runway profile. All is well that ends well ❤️🩹 thanks
