Zulzi.com ****GERY - order# 210594
I don’t appreciate non service, at times it’s not about delivering the goods ordered but keep client informed if any delays are to be expected, keeping quiet while you have the clients money amounts to ****gery.
I placed my order on the evening of 16/04/2020 and clearly stated delivery should happen on the 18/04/2020 between 10-11 am. Guess what, I receive a call on the 17/04/2020 from a guy advising me they at my gate to deliver but I wasn’t home to receive the order which I clearly stated for Saturday in-line with my availability.
As a personel in a service oriented environment myself, I expected atleast a call from someone to (a) apologise for misunderstanding my request (b) inform me of how you going to resolve and agree on a delivery date, instead no one bothers to call me to acknowledge the error.
As if that’s nothing, I call them on Saturday morning to see what time they coming, I acknowledge that SA is under different and unfami**** working environments however service delivery should remain at the top of the list if you took the decision to operate during lockdown. Their call Centre message advises they working from home but it felt like no one is working at all as the call is released after listening to the recorded notification of how they working from home. 2 emails sent on Saturday are still not answered nor acknowledged by the way.
I then decide to call the number of the delivery guy from Friday and he advised me he was instructed to take my order to their offices, he then provided me with a contact number of a certain Mike who works at their office, that Mike guy informs me he doesn’t work on weekends (simply saying I must find my own way for help) and provides me with a number that he either knew wasn’t going to be answered as a method to dismiss me or again they don’t answer calls as part of their company policy.
It’s Sunday the 19/04/2020 today, I have no groceries, no acknowledgement email or phone call and now I am not too sure if I should go buy myself groceries and run the risk of having them deliver on the 20/04/2020 or whenever they feel it’s time to deliver.
Need I remind you the above was their fault and I afforded them an opportunity to correct.
It is very disappointing how they treat paying customers.
This is the very last time I use their service and would rather be out doing my own shopping instead of supporting a “brother”
