Zulzi service fees

Hi to whom this may concern

I am currently unsatisfied with Zulzi’s service as more than once Zulzi could not get my full order, Their service fees are extremely high as now my refund will be used for the next service fee! I am getting secondary ingredients as I am not getting my full shopping list.

I feel Zulzi is not attending to customers needs my refund should go back into my credit card not my zulzi account is they cannot retrieve my full order.
