ZULZI pathetic service.

There app is always down, there service was good, but now its pathetic. Would not recommend them at all. Customers service is just as pathetic, no one can give you a definite answer to whether your goods will be delivered in time, and its never on time. You pay for the service delivery, and you don't get customer satisfaction. I ordered yesterday at 15h34 and I am still waiting for my delivery today. The answer they give is the app is down, then get a reliable IT company to sort this problem out. Its unacceptable. The problem in South Africa is we always accept below standard customer service. UNACCEPTABLE. DON'T USE THEM PLEASE. I wouldn't give them one star at all they like -5 stars
