Zulzi ********ly double charging me
I placed an order for meds which totalled R88.98 and I claimed with Medical aid and it approved. So I was left to pay R35 delivery fee and Zulzi debited R70 AND R74.99 on my account for what reason because Medical aid has paid for the meds? Then they refund me R35 to my wallet which I can’t access back to my account! I need them to further credit the ******** R70 they took from my account now! And I need the total to be refunded back to my bank account because I need that money!

R144.99-R35=R109.99. Since you were initially only supposed to deduct R35 that means you still owe me R109.99-R35= R74.99
