Zulzi.com bad service

<p>I recently gave Zulzi.com a try and such a disappointment I must say. I placed a grocery order from Pick & Pay through them that was supposed to take 1 hour as advertised. Not only did the order take over 3 hours but I didn't receive everything I had ordered and paid for. When I asked for a receipt, the delivery guy couldn't give me one. I had to manually check goods received and tell them about the 9 items missing. In addition, Some items received were even smaller than the size I had paid for. I did take this up with Zulzi.com and they promised to forward a recon of goods purchased and to provide a refund accordingly. Over 2 weeks later and NOTHING. So much for a breakthrough service. </p>
