You suck

You get one star as without it I am unable to type this review.

I am aware the volumes are high with Lockdown shopping but I am not one to stand for no feedback what so ever. You app has allowed me to order for a set time and date (putting aside your 1 hour delivery has been suspended). My items have not been delivered and nobody will respond to a Twitter DM, Facebook Messenger, in app Messenger and email.

In sort you made big promises and way under-delivered. At some point you had to have had some or other reporting or analytic running to say you can no longer deliver the numbers coming through your site. Rather have a set number of deliveries allowed per area, per day. Instead greed got the better of management judgement.

I tried you guys once and had awesome success the second time you disappointed to a much higher degree than your success. That is never a good combination.

All you clients are aware that deliveries may be late, ad we appreciate that you are going out for us while we sit safely at home. But when you cannot provide feedback even when a client prompts you first then it is not worth it, it is the epitome of disrespect.

I shall not hold my breath on anyone contacting me, you have proven yourself incapable of such simple tasks.
