Worst service to use during this difficult time.

I placed an order this afternoon for medication from Clicks, and requested for the delivery to me made between 4pm - 5pm. (as there is an option to set the delivery time). Up to now the delivery has not arrived, I have tried to call the call center ***, the phones do no not go through and no response either via email. had I gone to the pharmacy myself I would have saved myself all this stress. Zulzi needs to invest in a better customer care center and to update customers accordingly if delays occur or if they can not deliver. Unfortunately there is no cancel option or a refund policy on their app or website.
