Worst service! Driver waited at wrong location for an hour.
I’ve always loved Zulzi but what I experienced today was uncalled for and so frustrating. The driver that delivered my order stopped at a residential gate of the estate for over an hour. He called saying he has arrived at when I got to the house gate he was nowhere to seen. Only to find that he was at a gate that is about 4 or 5 streets away. I tried calling to direct him, I tried texting, I even called Zulzi customer care and even when they tried to direct him, the delivery guy just stopped at that gate miles away insisting that he’s at the right spot. When he eventually got here after an hour of being at the wrong spot, he gets here and still insists that I’m wrong. Can Zulzi please also get drivers that are local. Drivers that know the places they drive to and drivers that will be able to communicate with us with language not being a barrier. Usually the service is amazing but these drivers are going to jeopardise the business!

We understand how upsetting it can be to wait unnecessarily, especially after giving directions multiple times. Please kindly send us your order number so we can address this matter seriously with the driver involved to ensure that this does not happen again. We also take your feedback about drivers being fami**** with the local area and able to communicate clearly very seriously, and we will be reviewing our onboarding and training processes to improve this.
