Worst delivery service ever.

Where should I begin? Zulzi is a joke. They never are able to purchase all the items you request, they do random substitutes that make no sense. Though the app has functions for setting date and time for delivery, they always fail to deliver on time, usually running a couple days late. They charged me for items I didn't receive, and now, they keep crediting me in the app instead of refunding me for items not bought - forcing me to keep using their useless service. Customer service takes 5 weeks to get back to your queries. absolute dog-show.
