Worst App Ever

Placed an order before 15:00 yesterday which was meant to be delivered today between 09:00 and 10:00. I know orders are busy due to the coronavirus epidemic but no one informs you. I've sent numerous messages and no response. I called the shop and they told me no order was received. Eventually they found it but now no stock of anything. Worst app ever.
