USELESS SERVICE PROVIDER / POSSIBLE ****

I placed an order on Sunday 6 June at 14h02 - waited hours to have the order accepted - then it got accepted and from Sunday till now I have received NOTHING!!!!! I have phoned - absolutely pathetic because you hold for hours to only have your call not answered or the waiting period just keeps on increasing!!! I have sent several messages on the app NOT ONE RESPONSE - I have sent mails - and NOTHING!! I have send messages on FB messenger it's been read but not one response!!! Personally I think this has turned into a ****!!! because why on earth can no one respond? I want my money back!!!
