Terrible Service, non delivery

Zulzi.com what is up with the new app which is so bad instead of being an improvement? Placed 1 order at 3pm, it's now split into 3 separate deliveries. Only 1 portion of the 3 has had 6 items shopped since 3pm???? Order was due to be delivered by 5pm! And still, NOTHING
