Terrible service

Service at zulzi is terrible, deliveries arent made within the hour my last order came 2-3 hours after the promised delivery time, decided to give them a 2nd chance now nd i ordered over an hour ago and the items havent even been shopped yet, delivery is apparently in 20 min which isn’t possible if they haven’t even gone shopping!!! Def lost me as a customer don't promise things you can’t deliver! Wasted my time and money it’s ridiculous!! No one responds to messages too there is no way to get hold of anyone for an update !!! I wouldn’t recommend it at all
