Squashed Bread
Zulzi fulfills its purpose, I'm glad they're around, however 9 times out of ten, fresh sliced bread is delivered too squashed to use. when I say that, it is about half as high as it should be. I've complained a few times, taken photos and sent in the app to no avail. This one aspect is consistent. if they weren't the only company that truly does deliver on the same day - if not in the time slot they promise, I would no longer use them.

We have the dedicated team which deals with such complaints and can attend to them and get them resolved quickly.
