**************** ****. I have been using this app for a while and never been overly satisfied with it but I have a newborn baby and with this virus I’m not going to shops. Yesterday I ordered and they did not deliver some of my stuff yet charged me for it. They then added extra stuff to my order that I did not order. When you call no one answers they don’t get back to your mail. I managed to get one woman’s WhatsApp number just to be told they refunded me which I they clearly didn’t as my account is on zero. They just ***** your money. I always click choose alternative product ...no one calls or messages me instead they take your money or add in whatever else!!! Be aware do not use this app!!!!
