Received an order after not being able to check out

On Thursday 2 April I decided to browse the Zulzi app to order groceries, I then decided to press check out and the check out button would not work, the app would close whenever I pressed the check out button. I then decided to give up and go into store myself to get my groceries.

On Friday 3 April I got a call from one of your shoppers saying my order will be delivered, an order I did not successfully check out, I then told the shopper to please cancel this order as I cannot double up on the fresh goods in the list, he said no problem.

Today Thursday 9 April one week later, a zulzi delivery guy arrived at my door step with my delivery, I had no choice but to take it and pay cash for this order... I am now money short due to the Zulzi app, this was not a small order either not to mention the 150+ rand delivery ******* to receive incorrect items.

At this point, don’t just not order from Zulzi but don’t even download the app as you will be forced to buy groceries.
