Poor service and damaged goods.

I have always been happy with their service. But my past two deliveries I was absolutely disgusted with their service.

I ordered from Woolworths. For a fair amount, meaning the service fee was sky high. Now here is my issue. My groceries arrived on time. But all my veg packs were squashed to the point that the content had wilted . all my frozen goods were thawed and the boxes damaged. When i contacted the office i was met with apologies and given a number to send proof of damage to. Which i did. No reply. No follow up. Disgusting service.
