PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICES

The worst company im so annoyed. i placed an order online the next thing im told that they dont deliver on that address yet they accepted my order. Now the manager called and his not even professional Matthew and Terrance you must learn to speak to people, you working with customers but you dont have customer service. I want my money, they telling me they will refund me after 3 days nonsense i want my money today.
