Order Not Delivered!

I ordered in the morning and my order was delivered just right and on time.

I ordered for the second time in the afternoon around 14:52, I got a call an hour later that my order won't be delivered because the drivers fear for their safety,which I understand. My problem is why did they only get back to me an hour later about my order? I waited because I had plans with my family for that order only for it to be canceled. When I asked if my money would be refunded into my account today the lady by the name of Salome said she doesn't know,how is that right?

I also had to call her back to tell her to cancel my order because the app still said the driver is enroute,very frustrating to say the least! This is the second time something like this happens but because I have loved their services since they opened,I ordered again.

My money is still not refunded but I received nothing from Zulzi. I am disappointed.
