Online store that shops wrong items with no refund!

I bought products to value of 2k and I got the wrongly bought products. Got told I'm demanding when i asked for my refund to my card as they kept on sending it back to my zulzi acc. I have been struggling for days to get my money back and them to take back their items. Dont use zulzi!!
