Non existent service

Placed 3 orders on the 27th of March and chose a delivery slot for 11am-12am on 28th of March. It’s now 17:44pm and no order has been delivered. I tried their call center number goes straight to unavailable. I even whatsap them, no response, no update from them on why the order is deleted and the new expected time. One of the items I ordered was bread. I must wait how many days just to get bread? Their service is non existent and a joke. Avoid. I will not be wasting my time. I better get my money back. They don’t even have an option for you to cancel and get your money back so you can go buy bread.
