Non delivery, non communication, no refund.

I received an email stating that the company is active during shutdown, same day delivery. I placed an order on Saturday, estimated time of delivery was 2pm (paid extra for this). Its now Sunday 10am. The call centre number does not work, no responses to emails, the messaging section of the app is useless with no response. The was no alert stating that my order was on hold for delivery on another day. If you cannot deliver on your promise, don't make the promise. If you don't have the resources to deliver on your word, stop making false promises and false advertising. Come on guys, money is scarce these days, you just made it worse.

I have no groceries, and the amount due is still being held "frozen" in my bank account. Can you just stop lying to consumers, please. And give me my money back.
