No refund

I ordered items from PnP. Some items were out of stock but I was still charged for them. Instead of my Credit card being credited, Zulzi credited a Zulzi account to be used against the next purchase. I don't want to make another purchase because the charges are too high. I have emailed Zulzi twice to ask for a refund to my credit card, but have had no response.
