NO CUSTOMER CARE!!!!

It's so dissapointing as generally the app is a brilliant idea and most of the time works really well. I have one problem due the fact that I placed two orders and the amount went off of my bank account yet it still shows the amounts due on the Zulzi app. The problem I have as that you cannot reach anyone for assistance. You can't call as no one answers. You can't email or DM as no one answers days on end. There is absolutely no customer service.
