I love Zulzi 100% support

They always on time, have an amazing selection of many different things. not just groceries. Every driver that I have met are really great. There is one thing I can complain about- the bags, they aren't really feasible as they are not strong enough to hold more than one heavy item, so maybe look into a stronger bag, not plastic. Suggestion: if there should be an issue on the app you should have a whatsapp line to contact support, not everyone can call. Then if theres a known error, you can send it as soon as they open the chat
