Horrible Zulzi experience

The app as well as the customer service is just extremely poor and very frustrating. I ordered an item and when it came to having to track the driver the updates were wrong as well as the ETA kept changing, I waited outside for well over 30 minutes. The driver as well had very poor communication skills, I texted multiple times asking if he has left and asking if he was lost or what was going. After all the amazing reviews I was seeing I’m extremely disappointed in the quality of service I received and will never be ordering again.
