********** SERVICE FROM ZULZI!!!

I placed an order on 30/03/20 for delivery on 31/03/20 between 10h00 and 11h00. Today is the 01/04/20, 12h30 and I have not had any delivery. I have sent a message on the messaging service on the app, no response. I have emailed their support, no response. I have called numerous times and after 1 in 20 times of getting through and holding on for over an hour, the call just hangs. Bottom line - NO SUPPORT!!! Our order was for over R1,5k. I am wondering if I will ever see my money again. This is blatant ****************. ********** SERVICE is not even a bad enough word to use. Based on the poor service I have had, I warn anyone against using Zulzi.
