free money no book

<p>Worst service ever received. The company claims to be reputable, selling both new and second hand books. I unfortunately purchased a book almost two weeks ago which I am still waiting for... when I phoned the company I was told a third party had advertised not she would have to deliver the book... I have yet to receive any feedback. I than asked for a refund they keep promising today, tomorrow and it never comes!!! I'm in need of my textbook and it is digesting that I must beg a company to give my money back as they have not delivered on there part! What makes it worse is staff aren't helpful and never deliver on their promise!!!! </p>
