Don't use the Zulzi *******

Zulzi's service has been nothing but appalling! Although for the one order that I did actually receive, the man who delivered was really friendly. I have another order, placed on 29 March 2020 that never arrived, yet the app said it was delivered and complete. That's 6 weeks ago - nothing!! I have sent 6 emails - no replies! I have tried their so-called customer centre 3 times - each time the estimated wait time just gets longer and longer, so I've never managed to speak to anyone. I've sent messages on Twitter and Facebook - also no reply. They owe me 2 refunds, but I think they're just ******* and I'd say please, please DON'T USE THEM!
