Don’t use ever

I loved the idea of Zulzi and have used it often. Unfortunately, late deliveries and mixed orders are common. Today, over an hour after ordering (the entire reason for their existence) I called in to be told that their server was down and they are clearing a backlog of orders. Why take my order in the first place?
