Do not use Zulzi - unreliable and inconsistent

Customer care/service is non existent.Total **** and poor excuse of a service. Haven’t gotten one order right or delivered on time. It seems that each time an order hasn’t been delivered/items are missing customers are being forced to reuse this shocking excuse of a service for the simple reason that Zulzi does not refund customers for non-delivered goods, but credits your Zulzi account instead. Possibly the worst app/customer service in SA at the moment and seems like a total *****!
